Role Overview
The Executive Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, consultative selling experience, and a results-oriented mindset.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client requirements.
Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation campaigns and messaging.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and KPI targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, CRM, or digital marketing services.
Understanding of consultative sales methodologies.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
