Role Overview

The Executive Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, consultative selling experience, and a results-oriented mindset.

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with company growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client requirements.

  • Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation campaigns and messaging.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and KPI targets.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, or digital marketing services.

  • Understanding of consultative sales methodologies.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
